Are wines sold as singles or in cases?
Wines are mostly packaged and sold in multiples of 6. Prices are quoted per bottle even though wines are not sold separately – the bottle price is identified for the purpose of ease of comparison.
Can I purchase mixed cases of wine?
Yes, you may mix cases, subject to availability.
Mixed cases are only supplied in multiples of 12 bottles.

How can I browse for/buy wine?
Tap the drop-down arrow of the relevant attribute (for example Delivery Region, Estate/Winery, Product Type, etc) and select browsing criteria by tapping the Selection Box to the left of each item. Once finished, select Search for Wines button to bring up Search Results.
To add a wine to your shopping Basket, tap the Selection Box to the left of each item. A pop-up box will appear where you can select the number of bottles you want. This does not in any way oblige you to make a purchase of that wine; you will still have the opportunity to remove the item from your Basket later on. Your Basket will be saved so that you exit and return to it at any stage. When browsing you can add as many wines as you like – you only make your final selection during the Checkout procedure.
Once finished browsing, tap Checkout Button. A pop-up will request you to confirm your Delivery Address, whether you prefer Express or Economy Delivery, and other relevant information, after which you will be routed back to the Order page.
My Order Page:
Finalise your order by editing quantities or completely remove items from your order. Save any changes by tapping the Confirm Changes button.
Once finished, tap the relevant Checkout button to proceed to the Payment Method page.
Payment Method Page:
Payment by credit card: fill in your card details and tap Confirm button to proceed with payment.
Payment by EFT (South Africa): To confirm your order, you are required to make payment within 3 days. Once the EFT payment has been made, please e-mail proof of payment to email@example.com.

To view our Wine Estate listing on the mobile app, go to the Browse Page, first select Delivery Region and then select “All” from the Estate/Winery dropdown menu.
What is the Return/Refund policy?
Wine not available: There is always a finite quantity of wine available, and sometimes it does sell out. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, you can either change your order, or cancel your order and we will refund you as soon as possible in the latter case.
Returns: Wines must be returned in their original packaging with labels, foils, corks or screw-caps intact and unopened. Only full, whole cases may be returned at your cost. You will only be refunded for the cost of the wine ex delivery charges and any duties and taxes paid on the delivery charges. All products must be returned within 28 Days of delivery.
What is the Shipping Policy?
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means no additional charges at delivery.
Delivery charges depend on order volume, your Express/Economy Delivery preference, and the country and/or region you are ordering from. To get an indication of shipping rates for different order volumes, create an order and edit the quantities on the My Order Page. Save any changes by tapping the Confirm Changes button.
Your consolidated order will be delivered to your door within the timeframes as indicated above. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Breakages: Your order is automatically insured against direct loss and damage, but excluding duties, tax and delivery charges. If you require full insurance, please tick the Insurance box under Delivery Address on the My Details Page.
